Title: Barbecued Cube Steak

4lbCubed steak
1/4cFlour seasoned with
  Salt and pepper
3tbFat
1mdOnion
1/8tsPepper
1tbVinegar
2tbLemon juice
1/2cCatsup
2tbWorcestershire sauce
1/2tsSalt
1/2c;Water
1tbBrown sugar

Flour and season steak and brown in fat. Add chopped onion, brown lightly. Mix ingredients, pour over steak. Cover slightly. Cook slowly 35 minutes, or until steak is tender.
